Four men were arrested at Manchester Airport after they hurled abuse at passengers and cabin crew on a flight from Amsterdam.  

The pilot was forced to make an emergency landing after a disturbance broke out on EasyJet Flight EZY 1836 as it travelled to Manchester Airport on Monday evening.  

It is understood the four men caused a disruption on board the flight before the pilot requested to land the flight landed at Terminal 1 surrounded by police officers.

It was delayed by nearly 30 minutes and landed at 10.34pm. Police arrested
