Trump was all smiles on Tuesday after a Louisiana governor greeted him wearing a pair of novelty socks that featured the president's hair and face.
The president appeared in a buoyant mood ahead of the meeting in Lake Charles with Louisiana Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser, who flashed the playful socks to Trump and the assorted press before the pair shook hands.
