A widespread single-level apartment in East Melbourne has hit the market for an eye-watering $46 million.
The 11th floor property on 150 Clarendon Street boasts a private bar, gym, sauna and cinema, four bedrooms with ensuites, an open-plan kitchen equipped with Miele appliances and a 25-metre lap pool.
The 1,400 square metre apartment will become the most expensive property sold in Victoria if it meets its asking price, which is by $16 million more than a St Kilda Penthouse which sold in February 2018.
