Oprah Winfrey attends weekend where she gives away one girl who ...

Guests at one Atlanta wedding over the weekend got quite the surprise when the bride began her walk down the aisle accompanied by none other than Oprah Winfrey.

The former queen of daytime flew down to Georgia so that she could be there when Lizhuwani Gloria Rapalalani said 'I do' to her new husband in front of her friends.

Oprah looked flawless and decades younger than her 65 years as she accompanied the bride down the aisle, choosing to wear a cafe-au-lait-colored chiffon caftan for the ceremony.

She kept her look completely understated beyond that, choosing to wear a flower on her hand as is tradition, and appeared to eschew all jewelry with the exception of her glasses.

Rapalalani, who was one of the first graduates from Oprah's girls-only leadership academy in South Africa, was also accompanied by one of her professors from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Elizabeth Burns.

The trip also allowed Oprah to spend Mother's Day with a number of the girls from her academy, one of whom paid tribute to the television host by posting a photo of the pair on Instagram.

'The love in this one speaks for itself. Happy Mother’s Day to the woman who has cradled my dreams and heart since I was 12; stood firmly in the face of my demons and helped me fight my way through them,' wrote Thando Dlomo.

'The day my mother passed she sat with me on my little twin sized bed and held me until I stopped crying. Thank you for the honor of being your daughter-girl, @Oprah.'

Oprah also posted a photo of herself with all the girls.

'This is my first Mothers day on earth without a mother,' wrote Oprah as she stood with a dozen young women.

'So happy to share with all my daughter girls from South Africa and my niece @chrishaundalee . Celebrating Gloria’s wedding yesterday and Mothers day today! Blessings to all the Mothers.'

It was the second time that Oprah was spotted with Rapalalani in the past month, having also accompanied her when she got her wedding dress at Saks in April.
