Mustafa Kayirici is on trial in the Downing Centre District Court, Sydney, over the alleged kidnapping of a year 8 student in June 2016 . The then-26-year-old allegedly lured the teenager into his car, before driving her around different locations in western Sydney and repeatedly sexually assaulting her, Nine News reported. 'You’re not going anywhere today and you’re not going to school today either,' Kayirici is alleged to have told her. Mustafa Kayirici is on trial in the Downing Centre District Court, Sydney, for the June 2016 kidnapping of a year-eight student Prosecutor Karl Prince said Kayirici lured the victim over by asking her to help with jumper leads. She walked with him to his silver Ford and he allegedly attacked. The court heard Kayirici allegedly threatened to stab and kill his victim during the four-hour ordeal. He allegedly filmed the repeated sexual assaults and forced her to say that she consented to the sex acts. Kayirici allegedly apologised and then left her at Auburn Train Station with $5, the court heard. Kayirici was arrested in Bondi on June 25 2016 after plowing into a parked car before crashing into a bus stop during a high-speed chase with police.
