Deputy Labor leader Tanya Plibersek has signalled her intent for a run at the party's top job after Bill Shorten resigned following Labor's shock election defeat.
Ms Plibersek told https://twitter.com/InsidersABC/status/1129891123814490114 on Sunday morning she was 'certainly considering' putting her name forward - setting up an expected battle with fellow frontbencher Anthony Albanese.
While not officially throwing her hat into the ring, Ms Plibersek, 49, hinted at the raft of policies she would champion were she to become leader of the party.
