Usually, the season ends in middle to late April,' the National Weather Service said on the storm   Now the park is advising travelers and tourists to prepare for winter conditions through the week  Memorial Day Weekend park visitors can expect to see snow at about 6,500 to 7,000 foot elevations across the Sierra, Cascade and Shasta-Siskiyou ranges

Spring may be in full bloom, but Yosemite National Park in California has just been coated with a dusting of fresh, white snow. 

The rare weather conditions covered the mountains, monoliths, and spring flowers in white in a magical and majestic display. 

The snow fell in a moisture-rich storm that swept through the Sierra on Wednesday through early Friday morning. The majority of the snow fell in areas of higher elevation. 

And the flurries are scheduled to continue through Monday. 

The park is now warning Memorial Day Weekend revelers to prepare for wintry conditions along some roads.
