NRL legend Scott Prince and wife Kristy have listed the four-bedroom waterfront home they bought for $1.3million over a decade ago, before demolishing and rebuilding themselves.
The former Titans captain hopes to sell the Carrara mansion, in the Gold Coast, and purchase two new homes to better balance his work commitments.
The 'dream-home' comes with a pool, city skyline views, an alfresco entertaining area and a lush garden.
