A mother-of-one told police she was lost after drinking three bottles of wine, before driving nine miles down the A19, on the wrong side of the dual carriageway.
Leanne Graham was three times over the drink drive limit when she was found by police, slumped in a layby in north Yorkshire.
Motorists had desperately tried to alert police as the 38-year-old headed from Teesside Park to Crathorne, just before 9pm on April 25.
The beautician claimed she was 'lost and didn't know the area' when she was found by officers.
