Maximillion Young, 17, from Texas, has been charged with felony possession of explosive components after allegedly bragging about his ability to build bombs 

A 17-year-old Texas boy who police say bragged about his ability to manufacture lethal homemade bombs has been arrested for possession of explosive components.

Maximillion Young, of Sugar Land, was taken into custody on May 15 following a week-long investigation.

David Yaffie, the principal at Clements High School where Young is enrolled as a ninth-grader, said in a statement that on May 9, he received a tip about several comments made by the teen, who reportedly boasted about having access to
