John Hendricks and his wife, Maureen, have included the West Creek Ranch property in the sale along with the Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa.
The sale also includes 6,919 deeded acres across four pieces of land that stretch from Mesa County into Grand County, Utah.
The West Creek Ranch portion of the listing includes a main residence that is approximately 22,000 sq-ft and verandas that cover roughly 3,500 sq-ft.
