Leah Croucher posted her last Snapchat update on February 15, as she walked to work in Milton Keynes, but then disappeared. Her parents, Claire and John, have said they are 'not surviving, just existing' since their child's whereabouts became unknown the day after Valentine's day and fear she may have done 'something wrong'. (Pictured) The parents at a press conference appealing for information on the whereabouts of their daughter This is the last CCTV image of Leah who disappeared the day after Valentine's day 'Whatever it is that has caused you to run away, please let us help or fix it,' her mother told The Sun in an emotional plea. 'If it is us, then tell us what we have done and if it is someone else, tell us and we will help you. 'We just want to hug you'. Leah was last seen by family members at 10pm on Valentine's day before she left the family home the next morning and never returned. She was last seen on Buzzacott Lane, Furzton, at about 8.15am wearing a black coat, skinny black jeans and Converse. Her mother Claire said: 'Whatever it is that has caused you to run away, please let us help or fix it.' (Pictured) Claire speaking at a press conference on February 22 An appeal from Thames Valley Police, asking for information in relation to Leah's disappearance The 5ft 2in young woman has been described by Thames Valley Police as being of slim build with below shoulder length brown hair, and sometimes wears glasses. Three people reported possible sightings that morning near Furzton Lake, triggering a major search, but police didn't find any trace of her. Since February 15 her social media accounts and phone have not been activated and there have been no withdrawals from her bank account. The officer in charge of the search, Chief Inspector Neil Kentish, said: 'Our officers who are investigating Leah's disappearance have never dealt with a case like this before. 'It is extremely rare for someone to go missing without leaving a trace, but this is what has happened to Leah.'
