The late Stan Lee's former business manager, Keya Morgan, was arrested on elder abuse charges in Arizona Saturday morning, TMZ reports.

It was 10 months after a restraining order was issued against him and six months after the Marvel legend died of heart failure at 95 years old.

Lee's lawyer accuses Morgan of mishandling more than $5million of his money stemming back a year. The attorney claimed Morgan severely physically and emotionally injured Lee.

Morgan faces grand theft charges stemming from $262,000 that was collected from autograph signing sessions in May 2018 that Lee never received.

Morgan is accused of trying to keep Lee away from his family by moving him to undisclosed locations.

Documents state Lee was taken from his Hollywood Hills home in February 2018 to a secured condo in Beverly Hills in June 2018.

Last July a court demanded Morgan stay 100 yards away from the legend behind Marvel.

It was after police conducted a welfare check on Lee keeping Morgan out of the property. But Morgan called cops claiming three burglars were in the home and it led to his arrest for making false 911 calls, which police say was a tactic to convince Lee he was in danger.

The same year Lee had filed a billion dollar lawsuit against POW Entertainment claiming they stole his name and took advantage of him. Lee also claimed in 2018 that a former business stole his blood, filled pens with it and used it to stamp comic books to make money.

Lee died in November 2018 from natural causes. The comic book creator had been in possession of a large estate worth around $50million.

Then two weeks ago in a Los Angeles court, Morgan was charged with one count of false imprisonment - elder adult; three counts of grand theft from elder or dependent adult,
