George Michael's ex Fadi Fawaz is reported to be 'squatting' in the star's £5million home after ignoring legal letters telling him to leave.
The 45-year-old has been living in the mews house in Regent's Park, London, since the Wham! singer died at Christmas in 2016.
Mr Fawaz has been spotted going to and from the property, which is near to George's other home in Highgate, north London.
It is claimed that over the weekend he was spotted returning to the house with a mystery man.

It is believed that Fadi, who had an on-off relationship with George when they started dating in 2011 doesn't want to leave because he says the star gave him permission to live there, The Sun reports.
A source close to George's family told the paper: 'Fadi is being a real pain about all this.
'He has refused to leave despite several letters and requests in the last 18 months. He is blanking them out and it appears he now has squatters rights.
'It's been going on for such a long time that it's hard to know what to do next.
'The lawyers are seeing what can be done. It would be a lot easier if Fadi just upped sticks and left.'
