The family and friends of a 27-year-old father found dead on a Queensland street have described their sorrow at losing a young father in suspicious circumstances.
Jeremy 'Jerra' Turner was found dead on Barfoot Street in the north Brisbane suburb of Bracken Ridge about 5.45am on Saturday.
Police cordoned off a crime scene and declared the death to be suspicious on Saturday. Homicide detectives are now investigating.
Mr Turner's niece posted a social media statement to express her shock at her young uncle's sudden death.
