A paedophile who raped girls as young as three has been released from prison despite saying just weeks ago that his victims 'were willing'.
The serial sex offender, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, has been freed and his location is not allowed to be reported.
He has been placed under a strict supervision order, which has 49 conditions including that he has to wear a GPS
