The serial sex offender, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, has been freed and his location is not allowed to be reported. He has been placed under a strict supervision order, which has 49 conditions including that he has to wear a GPS tracker, 9 News reported. 'I am satisfied that the respondent, despite his assertions to the contrary, has had, and continues to have, an entrenched deviant sexual interest in pre-pubescent female children,' the judge said. 'In these circumstances I am satisfied that the respondent does have a propensity to commit serious sexual offences against pre-pubescent female children in the future.' In March, the paedophile said his victims were 'willing'. He believes his 'victims played some part in their own victimisation as demonstrated by their open curiosity and willingness', a psychiatric report said.
