Police have arrested an 'armed and dangerous' shooter who was on the loose in Darwin on Tuesday evening.
The suspect, who is understood to have been wearing hi-vis clothing,is believed to have shot a woman at a hotel near to Finniss Street.
According to reports, one person is dead and two others are believed to have been injured in the incident where up to '20 shots' have been fired.
