Shocking footage shows the moment a state trooper was struck by a driver who fled the scene of a traffic stop in Florida.
Video captured a Florida Highway Patrol trooper speaking to the driver of a white BMW on the Florida Turnpike near the Hollywood Boulevard exit on May 25.
Trooper Arsenio Caballero assisted the other trooper on the stop, who was standing at the side of the BMW.
