Denham O'Sullivan advertised his white Nissan Patrol on Gumtree and Carsales for $38,000. He met a potential buyer and an unknown woman at his family business just after 8pm in Caringbah, southern Sydney last night. During a test drive, the man stopped the car on Eloura Road in Cronulla and pulled out a handgun, threatened Mr O'Sullivan and demanded him to get out of the vehicle. He met a potential buyer and an unknown woman at his family business just after 8pm in Caringbah, southern Sydney last night Mr O'Sullivan's phone was taken by the driver but he managed to flag down a car and contact police. The young man couldn't believe how quickly the driver turned on him. 'In a split second he just changed from a nice guy, ripped the phone out of my hand and as I looked up in shock, he had a gun pointing at me,' Mr O'Sullivan told 7News. 'I was scared for my life, I thought he might shoot if I didn't do what I was told.' During a test drive, the man stopped the car on Eloura Road in Cronulla and pulled out a handgun, threatened Mr O'Sullivan and demanded him to get out of the vehicle Local police searched the area but were unable to locate the stolen Nissan Patrol. Police are appealing for anyone with information regarding the stolen car with NSW registration of BF47SC to contact police. The police also warned the public to not approach the stolen car if they see it as the driver may be armed and dangerous.
