A Republican who plans to challenge Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for her congressional seat in 2020 has opened an early salvo in the race.
Rich Valdes, a producer for the Mark Levin Show, spoke before an audience of about 100 people at Queens Village Republican Club on Thursday evening.
'AOC (All Out Crazy) wants to establish a new Soviet Republic. I believe in capitalism over socialism. Her misguided policies don't represent the district,' he said, according to the New York Post.
