More Australians are choosing to buy properties alone rather than waiting to buy with a partner, property experts have revealed.
Solo home buyers have targeted Sydney's inner-west and eastern suburbs and mortgage brokers say they now make up to three quarters of their loan books.
Many aspiring home owners are purchasing a property on their own because they didn't want to wait until they were romantically involved, according to Smartline mortgage broker Samantha Cranny.
