Now Diana Moran – who turns 80 tomorrow – has shown that she is still extraordinarily supple.

Mrs Moran, who received the British Empire Medal in the Queen's Birthday Honours at the weekend for services to charity, swapped her trademark emerald lycra leotard for a pair of green leggings and a T-shirt as she demonstrated she could still pull her legs over her head and get into tricky positions.
