A horror crash that has left a teenage girl fighting for life on one of Melbourne's busiest freeways has caused peak hour traffic chaos.
There are major delays on the Monash Freeway on Tuesday morning after a single vehicle crash in Mulgrave, which left four people in hospital.
The freeway was closed almost seven hours to clear the wreckage before it reopened just after 7am.
