Escape room based on El Chapo's infamous 2015 prison break opens in Mexico City

A Mexico City amusement center is cashing in on one of the world's most notorious drug traffickers.

The Brazilian-based Escape 60 indoor adventure house franchise recently introduced its concept in Mexico.

For a weekday entrance fee of $15, which jumps to $18 on weekend, visitors of all ages take part in a 60-minute game where they take on role of infamous drug trafficker Joaquín 'El Chapo' Guzmán.

The jailed kingpin built a $14 billion fortune and was responsible for 33 murders and trafficking more than 220 tons of cocaine as well as vast quantities of other drugs to America, Europe and the rest of the world.
