The president obliged, first taking on poll leader former Vice President Joe Biden – who was leading Trump by 13-points in a recent Quinnipiac University poll, and who exchanged political blows with Trump while both men were in Iowa this week.

'Everybody knows that Joe Biden does not have what it takes. He doesn’t have what it takes,' Trump said. Asked what he meant, Trump responded: 'It means mental capacity, it means a lot of different things.'
'He doesn’t have, never did have what it takes,' said Trump, who pointed to Biden's showing in the 2008 Iowa Caucuses before getting elevated as Barack
