Celebrity gym F45 has announced a new training programme specifically aimed at high school students.
F45 Training at Artarmom, in Sydney, hosted parents and teenagers, along with former Olympian Matt Shirvington and shadow health minister Chris Bowen at an open day on Sunday.
The new programme, called Prodigy, is for kids between 11 and 17 years of age.
