Bosses are offering more than $100,000 to potential job candidates in a bid to lure them out of the city and onto the coast.

A number of employers are offering unmatched benefits for those who think they're stuck in a rut or just want to make the escape from the city.

And the best part is, you don't necessarily need a university degree to score these top jobs.

The position offers well above $100,000 and the figure will be determined based on the employee's experience.

'Our philosophy is that if you get someone who really knows what they're doing, then the money is well spent,' CEO Sebastian Mierau told Daily Mail Australia.

In place of a degree, candidates are required to bring with them at least 10 years experience in a similar position.

'We are not focused on degrees anymore. We base our criteria on people's experience and what they can do for the company.

'They could have run their own business or worked for another organisation, so long as they can show they've helped their past employer grow, that's what we're looking for'.

Successful job applicants will also have the opportunity to travel to Clearlight Sauna's other offices, including Berkeley, on Sydney's south coast.

While the position is not located right on the beach, the small town is a short 15- minute drive from Byron Bay.

The popular tourist hotspot boasts a range of cafes, coastal walks and expansive beaches.

Mr Mierau noted that the natural landscape and relaxed lifestyle was just an added attraction for workers wanting to escape the busy and chaotic city life.

'There are a few startups that have been started, with people moving from Sydney. They're looking for that lifestyle and a focus on wellness.'

Further inland, Lismore City Council is currently offering a Manager People and Safety position, with an appealing salary.
