A father has faced court after being caught drink driving four times over the legal limit with his two crying children in the car.
Naraeej Kumar Shukla, 37, crashed his car in a parking lot in Blacktown, in Western Sydney, on June 4, and returned a breath test of 0.198.
Shukla's six and nine-year-old children were in the backseat crying and in distresses, while witnesses could smell alcohol on him, 9 News reported.
