A British child has died after falling into a swimming pool while on holiday with his family in southern Spain.
The five-year-old was with his family in La Vinuela, a small village in La Axarquia region on the Costa del Sol.
The tragedy is believed to have happened at the home of the boy's expat grandfather at around 10am this morning.
Local police were the first to reach the property after receiving an emergency call.
