James Middleton pleads for help after his dog bike is stolen

James Middleton has pleaded for help in finding his dog bike after it was stolen by thieves. 

The Duchess of Cambridge's brother, 32, took to his https://www.instagram.com/p/By59qDTA_ZE/ on Wednesday to share a picture of his beloved £2,299 Babboe Cargobike, which has a box large enough for his nine dogs attached.

Explaining that he was devastated as the bike brought him 'so much joy', he confirmed that it CCTV footage was being investigated - and he would donate to his neighbour's dog and cat home if his post reached 15,000 likes. By the next morning it had already reached 25,000 likes.

The dog lover, who works as a host at Scottish hotel Glen Affric Lodge near Loch Ness, shared a picture of him riding the bike, along with his nine dogs - Golden Retriever Mabel, a black Labrador, two Cocker Spaniels, and five black Spaniels called Rafa, Ella, Zulu, Inka and Luna.

Captioning the pictures, he wrote: 'Sadly my Dog Bike got stolen. Ella & Co are devastated - taking the dogs out on the bike brings me so much joy and to all those we meet on the way. 

'There is CCTV which is being investigated but would love to find it... please spread the word and if this reaches 15k likes I will make a donation to our neighbour's dog & cat home in support of their wonderful work whose residents have lost more than just a bike!'.

Sharing their sympathy for James, one fan wrote: 'I really hope your bike is found ...just love this expression of individuality ..it has become such a boring world!' 

Another added: 'That’s awful- so sorry to hear that! I hope you get it back and the perpetrator is brought to justice!'
