Four Brits have been stabbed during an early-hours incident in Magaluf involving another Brit who was arrested.

Police flooded the raucous resort's party strip Punta Ballena after violence flared in a confusing incident which ended with one of the stab victims chasing down the alleged attacker and holding him before Civil Guard and local police arrived.

Police were filmed taking the suspect, dressed in red shorts and a red T-shirt, into a patrol car in handcuffs after standing guard around him outside a lap dancing club.

The pavement beside him was covered in blood. The area he was being held in - next to Secrets Lap Dance Bar and a tattoo parlour - had been cordoned off by police to protect the crime scene and help ambulances reach those affected.
