Agent Erit David of EQ Realty filmed a video to advertise the mansion in northern Perth. She said she wanted to capture a 'personal experience of what a day at the home may feel like'. Mrs David is also filmed drinking red wine by the balcony with her husband Phil, towel-clad before entering a sauna and sunbathing by the edge of the pool. 'Smart. Times are changing… Selling the emotion and ambiance has always worked, this just taking the next level,' one user wrote. 'And anyone who thinks driving a Lamborghini is a normal every day thing in Australia…., maybe that's why they cant [sell] houses, they're living in fairy land!' another wrote. Mrs David and Phil – a pilates instructor – began the showcase by walking into through the gates of the 'luxury escape' with a suitcase. The advertisement ends with the pair getting into their white Lamborghini parked outside a double-garage and driving off. Mrs David described the home as 'a perfect combination of innovative design and timeless sophistication'.
