Real estate agents have been mocked online after leaving embarrassing errors in property advertisements.

Potential buyers spotted one of the mistakes while perusing the listing for a block of land in Goolwa Beach, South Australia in a newspaper.

The advertisement was written in a bid to tempt house hunters into wanting to build their dream home by boasting about the relaxed lifestyle - but the newspaper cut the sentence off at an unfortunate spot.
