Emergency crews were called to the industrial site on Grand Avenue, Camellia at about 9am, after reports a worker was crushed by a truck. The 52-year-old man had to be freed after becoming trapped beneath the truck. He was rushed to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition. WorkSafe has also been notified.
