President Donald Trump opened up yet another one of his attacks on the Federal Reserve, this time comparing the financial body to a 'stubborn child.'

Trump wrote that the independent Fed 'blew it' by not slashing rates and taking other measures to counter 'what other countries are doing against us.'  

He made his comment as the Dow Jones Industrial Average was on the verge of a new record, and as he heads to Asia
