A game of Monopoly lets players hoard piles of cash in a way few of us can in real life – but that's about to change as the game goes cashless.

Manufacturer Hasbro has created a version that uses digital assistant technology like the Amazon Echo to keep track of each player's money.

It's bound to be a godsend for players obsessed with making sure everybody sticks to the rules, as the technology will make cheating a thing of the past, The Times reports.
