Stacy Burger was arrested Tuesday and faces charges including Soliciting Child Prostitution and firearm use while committing a felony
An Oklahoma town's only police officer has been fired and is facing a charge of Soliciting Child Prostitution and use of a firearm while committing a felony, after he allegedly asked a 16-year-old girl to perform oral sex on him while he was in possession of a gun.
Interim police chief of Cement, Stacy Don Burger, 40, was arrested Tuesday and police say on March 26 he met up with the girl he has known since 2014 after asking to speak to her.
The alleged victim claims that after the phone call she met Burger – who was a 'role model' and 'father figure' to her - in his car outside her home in Chickasha.
The married father-of-four then allegedly 'asked her if she wants to make some money' and offered her 'a lot of money' to perform the sex act.
The teen says she refused and Burger allegedly asked her if one of her friends – also under the age of consent – would take up the offer but she refused
