This is the shocking moment a moped rider is caught riding along a busy road with a four-year-old girl.
The dash-cam footage, which was captured in London, shows a member of the volunteer-run group Biker Biker pull the moped driver to the side of the road after discovering that one passenger is a child without a helmet.
Following an infuriated conversation, the vigilante criticises the moped driver and tells him to 'walk the little girl' instead.
