A brand new type of coffee made its Australian debut in Melbourne this week - and it's caused quite a stir among health and wellness aficionados.
Members of the horticulture industry were given their first taste of the cauliflower latte at this year's Hort Connections conference in Melbourne on Monday.
Fresh Select CEO and farmer, John Said, told ABC Rural the reason why scientists added the vegetable to coffee was to boost fruit and vegetable consumption.

'This ability to include a vegetable powder into some of the mainstream products we all purchase and consume is a great step forward in increasing the consumption of vegetables and trying to eat healthier
