A man living in the house allowed deputies to search the property and they were able to verify that the suspect was not there.

But while they were searching, deputies woke Moss, who stormed out in a thong and a t-shirt and started screaming at the deputies.

The homeowner tried to calm Moss down but she is said to have gotten belligerent with him, only letting up after deputies threatened her with arrest for touching the man.

While searching the original home, deputies heard a child scream.

Moss asserts that the child is fine but the deputy refutes that claim and informs his partner that the child's finger is 'bleeding profusely.'

The deputy returns to the home and asks Moss to apply pressure to the boy's finger using a paper towel. He then asks the mother to come outside, adding that the toddler's finger is 'probably broken because it got slammed in the door track.'
