A 23-year-old has been charged after she allegedly did a burnout in an illegally modified car with a ten-month-old baby in the back seat.

Just before 11pm on Friday police were patrolling near a doughnut shop on Orange Grove Road in Liverpool, when they allegedly saw a Holden Calais doing a burnout in the car park.
