A Illinois man is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a two-year-old girl while a woman allegedly allowed the abuse to take place.
Matthew Miller, 40, is charged with three counts of sexual assault and four counts of aggravated battery, while Lacey Take, 31, is charged with permitting sexual abuse of a child and two counts of child endangerment.
Police began investigating Miller, of Madison County, after they were called to Anderson Hospital in Troy, Illinois, on June 23.
