Matt Hancock and Sajid Javid are locked in a Cabinet tussle over the keys to No 11 Downing Street.
Both former leadership contenders are lobbying to be Boris Johnson's Chancellor, with Mr Javid expected to publicly endorse the Tory frontrunner within days to help his case.
