An Ohio jury last week awarded $3million to a woman who suffered a broken knee cap after she tripped over a collapsed ‘wet floor’ sign in a Cincinnati casino.

Lynda Sadowski sued the Jack Cincinnati Casino after the accident in September 2016.

Her attorney alleged that after a customer knocked over the ‘wet floor’ sign, a casino employee walked by and failed to pick it up.

Soon afterward, Sadowski walked toward the sign and tripped over it, injuring her knee, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
