A Florida man has been arrested after he was caught on police video dragging a police deputy 100 yards down an interstate on-ramp. 

Rocky Rudolph Jr., 38, has been charged with attempted murder of a law enforcement officer and aggravated assault following the shocking incident, which occurred in Seminole County on Saturday. 

Dashcam video and police body camera caught the exchange between Rudolph and Deputy Aaron Blais, who had pulled the man over in his black Escalade after noticing its illegally tinted windows.
