The cast of Gavin and Stacey has sent a heartfelt message to a teenage super-fan with an operable brain tumour.
James Corden recorded the video with fellow stars Matthew Horne and Joanna Page for Izzy Withers, 17.
The teenager, from Risca near Newport, discovered she had a brain tumour last September after suffering bad migraines.
Izzy Withers, 17, was shocked to receive a personal message from James Corden and the rest of the cast of one of her favourite shows, Gavin and Stacey
She is now in a children's hospice and staff heard the cast and crew were rehearsing for their Christmas special in Barry, according to Wales Online.
The team at the hospice got in touch with Ruth Jones, who co-wrote the show with James Corden and plays the iconic character of Nessa.
As the cast were in rehearsals and not yet filming in Barry, they were unable to visit Izzy but instead sent her the video message.
In the recording, Corden says: 'Hello Izzy. We heard you're a fan of Gavin and Stacey, and we're so thrilled with that we're rehearsing our new Christmas special right now and this is the only camera that's ever been allowed in here for you.
Staff at Izzy's hospice contacted Ruth Jones, who plays Nessa and co-writes the show with Corden, to send the message
Izzy, who suffers from an inoperable brain tumour, was shocked James Corden knew her name and she could only reply: 'Oh my gosh!'
'There's Pam and Jason and Gavin and Stacey and there's Dawn - give us a wave - and there's Mick.
'We wanted to say we're thinking about you and keep that chin up and we hope everything is okay and we love you very, very much, here from all of us here at the rehearsals at Gavin and Stacey.'
Izzy was so shocked she could only reply, 'Oh my gosh' after receiving the message from her heroes.
