An Australian man convicted of drug distribution offences overseas has been found dead on the street in Cambodia.

Alan Rolf Jensen was known to his associates as 'King Kong' according to Cambodian police.

The 54-year-old was charged with supplying methamphetamine and marijuana to tourists along Phnom Penh's popular Tonle Sap riverside in late 2013.
