A disgruntled tourist wreaked havoc at Disney World’s Tower of Terror when she was told her fast-past for the ride wasn’t valid, prompting some less than unsavory scenes at the family-orientated resort.

Jessica Grines, 23, from Chicago, is said to have punched Disney World cast member, Taylor Gragert, in the face shortly after being told she needed to wait in line like all the other guests, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department said.

The incident occurred on the evening of July 13 and is said to have taken place in the pre-ride section of the attraction, a spooky library where guests watch a video presented by ‘The Twilight Zone’ host Rod Serling.
