An elderly woman has launched into an extraordinary rant against a vegan cafe, saying their meat-free menu is 'dangerous'.
Staff at Sweet Release Cakes and Treats Cafe in Wellington, New Zealand, claimed the woman walked into their bakery and started abusing them on Wednesday.
Cafe owner Kristine Bartley claimed she was racially vilified by the woman.
'This lady opened our door, came in yelling about deficiencies, called us "vaygun" f***wits, I let her rant a bit more then she called me an Asian f***wit and I asked her to leave,' Ms Bartley said.
The elderly woman was captured on video footage berating staff for selling vegan food.
'You should be banned because you're evil, particularly when it comes to children,' the elderly woman said, while looking straight at Ms Bartley's camera.
She then referenced a case in the United Kingdom where a child 'starved to death' because they were brought up in a vegan household.
